Legacy EV now hiring an EV Parts and Powertrain Sales Representative

 

Join our dynamic team as an EV Parts and Powertrain Sales Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) market. As an outbound sales expert, you will engage with existing automotive shops and low-volume manufacturers, promoting and selling aftermarket EV parts, components, and powertrains for EV builds and gas-to-electric vehicle conversions.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Identify and target potential clients, including automotive shops and low-volume manufacturers, through proactive outbound sales efforts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their EV parts and powertrain needs

2. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our EV parts and powertrain offerings to effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the EV market.

3. Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our aftermarket EV parts and powertrain solutions.
  • Customize presentations based on client needs and requirements.

4. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
  • Close sales and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

5. Customer Support:

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery, providing ongoing assistance as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive parts or powertrain industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles, aftermarket parts, and powertrain systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Preferred experience with Hubspot, Netsuite, Google Workspace, and Shopify.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range:

Range $45,000 to $75,000 annually.

Note: Actual salary offered will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
