- Analyze battery pack configurations by examining form factors, chemistries, and kWh ratings through hands-on activities.
- Safely measure high-voltage systems using proper electrical equipment.
- Demonstrate proper high-voltage disconnection techniques, including the use of MSDs and HVIL circuits on electric vehicles.
- Assess bus discharge and detect isolation faults.
- Demonstrate BMS, EVCC, and motor controller startup procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EV electrical faults.
- Read wiring diagrams and perform safe wire terminations.
